www.e-profesores.com The Common European Framework for Languages The introduction by the Council of Europe of the Common European Framework for languages means that students' levels of language competence will be assessed according to the six levels defined in the Framework. European citizens will possess a European Language Portfolio and a Europass which will facilitate the free movement of labour throughout the European Union and to the 46 member states of the Council of Europe.
